Piranha Psychotronica
Piranha Psychotronica is a San Francisco-based writer, theater artist, filmmaker, and performer, best known for creating and directing the interactive stage show Select Thine Own Journey (which has celebrated four hit runs in San Francisco) and as one of the hosts (along with Kafka X) of Media Meltdown Movie Madhouse, a celebrattion of amateur, low-budget, handmade, experimental, and weird cinema every third Sunday at the 4 Star Theater.
Piranha is also the writer and director of several short films including FrankenDivine and Evil in Residence. They have directed theater productions for several Bay Area companies including Oasis (Star Trek Live: The Naked Time, 2019), Eclectic Box (X-Files: Bad Blood, 2024), and Ray of Light (Hedwig & the Angry Inch, 2018).
